made glorious summer by this sun of York

Long periods of gloom followed by the bright sun and blue skies often bring to mind Shakespeare’s quote:

Now is the winter of our discontent
Made glorious summer by this sun of York.”

The line is spoken by Richard of Gloucester, who wanting to become king, uses manipulation and deceit to achieve his goal. Thus, he murders his brothers, nephews, and all opposition to become King Richard III.

The Pandemic of 2020 was a different story, but no less tragic in most respects. Let us hope that 2021 brings a fresh wind, a ray of sunshine, and the hope of a better year.

Dare I say:

Made Stressless!
